- Who we are. SponsorHire is operated by Axionova Ventures Ltd, 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. Contact: [email protected].
- The service. SponsorHire is a job-listing and public-data service. We show job adverts from third-party sources and indicate whether each employer appears on the Home Office Register of Licensed Sponsors, as published on a stated date.
- No immigration advice. We do not provide immigration advice or services within the meaning of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. Nothing on this site tells you whether you qualify for a visa or whether a role will be sponsored, and an employer's licence status can change at any time. For advice, use a regulated adviser on the Immigration Advice Authority register or a solicitor.
- Accuracy. Listings come from third parties and automated name matching, which can be wrong, for example where an employer's trading name differs from its registered name. Always check with the employer and against the official register.
- Free plan. Browsing and the weekly digest are free.
- Paid subscription. Paid alerts cost £9.99 a month, including any VAT, and are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Cancel any time. You can cancel at any time through the link in any alert email or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further payments are taken. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of first subscribing. If you have already started receiving alerts during that time, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
- Acceptable use. You must not scrape, resell or access the service by automated means without our permission.
- Third-party links. We are not responsible for the content of employer or job-board sites that we link to.
- Liability. Subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
- Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
