Who we are. SponsorHire is operated by Axionova Ventures Ltd, 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU (the data controller). Contact: [email protected]. ICO registration: [pending].
What we collect
- Waitlist and alert signups: your email address, any keyword or town you choose, the page you signed up on, the time, and the country derived from your connection. We do not ask for nationality, immigration status or other special-category data, so please don't send it.
- Subscriptions (once paid alerts launch): Stripe processes payments. We receive your email, a Stripe customer ID and your subscription status. We never see your full card details.
- Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It doesn't use cookies or local storage or fingerprint you, and it reports only aggregated visit statistics.
Where it is stored. Signups are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, part of our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Sending you the alerts you asked for (consent and contract).
- Billing (contract and legal obligation).
- Security and service improvement (legitimate interests).
Processors
- Cloudflare: hosting, signup storage and analytics.
- Stripe: payments, once live.
- An email-delivery provider: [to be named before the first alert is sent].
Transfers outside the UK rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
Retention. We keep signups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, plus up to 30 days. We keep billing records for 6 years, as HMRC requires.
Cookies. We set no tracking cookies. Stripe may set strictly necessary cookies on its own checkout pages.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or port your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To do so, email us. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
