We're looking for a Technical Lead, Lending & Savings to lead the engineering direction for two of our core Consumer products: crypto savings and crypto-backed lending.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an experienced engineer who enjoys building products from the ground up. You'll define the technical architecture, lead a small team of engineers, and partner closely with the Lending & Savings Business Lead to turn product vision into scalable, reliable systems.
You'll be expected to remain close to the code while providing technical leadership, making architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality software. You should have strong product instincts and enjoy working with cross-functional partners, but your primary responsibility is engineering excellence and execution.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Technical Leadership
Lead the technical direction and architecture of the Lending & Savings platform.
Design and build scalable, secure, and highly available distributed systems.
Make key architectural decisions balancing scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Remain hands-on, contributing production-quality code and reviewing critical changes.
Drive engineering best practices across system design, testing, deployment, observability, and operational excellence.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and day-to-day leadership.
Engineering Delivery
Own the delivery of technical initiatives from design through production.
