What you’ll do
Our Technology Advisory team provides independent, senior-level expertise that enables executives to drive value from Technology and enhancing business performance. We leverage extensive expertise to deliver rapid and sustainable impact across:
Digital and Technology strategy development, operating model, capability and governance design.
Technology and Product strategy and innovation, assisting our clients with the strategy and execution.
Defining and planning target architectures and roadmaps aligned to business objectives and plans including Data, Application/Integration and Technical/ Infrastructure architecture
Technology cost reduction, outsourcing and end to end Transformation.
Platform/systems/infrastructure assessments, re-platforming, rationalization and consolidation activities.
Technology due diligence, carve-out, and merger integration planning and execution.
IT crisis management, interim leadership roles, and project turnaround.
