WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a TA Operations Generalist , you will play a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day execution, optimization, and scaling of our global Talent Acquisition infrastructure. Bridging tactical support and program management, you will own core operational workflows, drive tech stack adoption (including AI recruiting tools), ensure data integrity, and lead process improvement initiatives. You will act as a key operational partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and the broader People team.
Process Optimization & Scaling: Map, evaluate, and optimize end-to-end talent acquisition workflows across global regions to eliminate friction, boost recruiter productivity, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
TA Systems Administration & Tech Stack Execution: Serve as a core administrator for our recruitment tech stack (e.g., Greenhouse/Workday, CRM, Gem, sourcing tools, assessment platforms, GoodTime, AI…
