About the Role
As Strategic Projects & Analytics Lead, you’ll lead high-priority strategic projects and analytical work that help Tesco Media make better decisions, accelerate growth and evolve its operating model.
Working closely with the Strategy Director, leadership team and cross-functional partners, you’ll turn complex business questions into clear insights, practical recommendations and executable plans. You’ll combine structured problem-solving, commercial analysis and programme leadership to take initiatives from discovery through to implementation, across areas including growth, productivity, AI and automation, proposition development and operating-model evolution.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll bring together strategic thinking, analysis and hands-on delivery, helping turn Tesco Media’s priorities into measurable action.
Lead strategic projects end to end , from defining the problem and scope through analysis, recommendations, mobilisation and handover.
Shape and prioritise a portfolio of initiatives , establishing clear objectives, milestones, dependencies and decision points while assessing strategic fit, commercial value, feasibility and risk.
