We're looking for a Media Transformation Consultant / Project Manager to deliver transformation initiatives that support Tesco UK Retail Media's strategic priorities.
You'll lead cross-functional projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment, effective governance and successful business outcomes. You'll bring structure and momentum to transformation activity, managing plans, risks and priorities while using data and clear reporting to support effective decision-making.
What you'll be doing
Leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery against scope, budget and timelines
Using appropriate project management methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Waterfall
Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation
Tracking, prioritising and resolving risks and issues, advising leadership and stakeholders on options and decisions
Supporting critical project activities including workshops, governance and communications
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
Providing regular communication and reporting to leadership on project status
