We’re looking for a talented Sales Operations Senior Lead who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Demand & Supply team, this role plays a critical part in enabling sales success through data-driven insight, performance analysis, and operational excellence.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to optimise sales performance, improve processes, and unlock growth opportunities for global advertisers. This is a highly impactful role that sits at the heart of our commercial strategy—helping to shape how we measure success, identify opportunities, and scale effectively.
What you’ll be working on
Analyse and interpret sales performance data , providing clear insights to identify growth opportunities across clients and categories
Develop a deep understanding of sales performance , running regular deep dives and working sessions with sales teams to drive improvements
Partner with cross-functional teams , including Finance and Product, to design and deliver dashboards and reporting frameworks
Own and evolve sales performance reporting , ensuring stakeholders at all levels have access to accurate, actionable insights
Monitor and evaluate key sales KPIs , using data to inform decision-making and future strategy
