About the Role
We are seeking a Manager, Account-Based Experience - ANZ to serve as the primary marketing partner to the ANZ Sales organization. This role will work closely with Sales leadership and account teams to understand regional priorities, identify where marketing can have the greatest impact, and develop programs that strengthen account engagement, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue growth.
This person will lead the regional Account-Based Experience strategy and serve as the bridge between Sales and the broader Marketing organization. They will communicate marketing plans to Sales, bring regional and account-level priorities back to Marketing, and coordinate support across demand generation, events, digital, partner marketing, customer marketing, content, and other teams.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded, data-driven marketer who builds credibility with Sales, translates business needs into meaningful marketing programs, and is comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Partnership: Serve as the primary marketing partner to ANZ Sales leadership and account teams, building a strong understanding of regional goals, territory priorities, account plans, and pipeline needs.
Sales and Marketing Alignment: Act as the bridge between ANZ Sales and the broader Marketing organization by communicating plans, gathering regional feedback, and coordinating support across teams.
Regional ABX Strategy: Develop and execute the ANZ ABX strategy across priority accounts, active opportunities, and strategic customer relationships.
Account Planning: Participate in account planning, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and regional sales meetings to identify where marketing can best support engagement and growth.
