We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients by delivering a service experience that blends human expertise with self-service capability.
This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management who is ready to take ownership of a portfolio, deepen client relationships, and make a tangible impact on business growth and client success.
The Role:
As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value business clients, acting as a trusted partner throughout their journey with Convera. You’ll combine relationship management, commercial ownership, and strategic problem-solving to help clients navigate international payments, foreign exchange, and risk management solutions.
The foreign exchange and international payments landscape is fast-moving and complex. Our clients rely on us to help them manage cross-border transactions efficiently while delivering the right balance of digital self-service tools and expert support. In this role, you’ll have direct responsibility for driving revenue growth, retention, and client engagement across your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management & Client Growth
Own and grow a portfolio of upper SMB clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, objectives, and international payment requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to deliver additional value through Convera’s products and services.
Drive portfolio retention and expansion through proactive relationship management and regular client engagement.
Business Development & Revenue Generation
Follow up on inbound leads and proactively engage prospective clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
