We are actively expanding our Transaction Advisory Services practice in the UK and are seeking an experienced Director to lead complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements. Directors serve as trusted advisors to senior client stakeholders, oversee multiple engagements, develop client relationships, contribute to business development, and help drive the continued growth of CFGI’s Transaction Advisory Services practice.
What you might expect:
Lead complex buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence support to private equity firms, strategic buyers, and corporate clients.
Analyse and oversee the analysis of target company financial information to identify historical and projected operating trends, quality of earnings and assets, pro forma financial information, working capital considerations, debt and debt-like items, and other potential liabilities or risks.
Advise clients on financial matters that may impact transaction valuation, deal structure, negotiations, and overall transaction execution.
Serve as a senior point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process and build trusted relationships with private equity sponsors, portfolio company…
