Contracts Administrator
Fastly is seeking a proactive and strategic Contracts Administrator to help scale its commercial Legal and Contracts Management team. As trusted business partners empowering company growth, the ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in contract administration, a passion for managing agreement lifecycles (sales, vendor, and partner contracts), and a track record of building effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Contract Administration & Execution: Efficiently manage and process a high volume of contracts from initial intake through execution and opportunity close, utilizing core business systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) and automated Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software
Support the Sales Cycle : Demonstrate flexibility required to service a demanding sales organization during high-volume, critical time constraints at month-end and quarter-end close cycles
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate daily with quote-to-cash teams (Deal Strategy, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Sales Operations) to support contractual terms and execute revenue transactions
Review & Negotiation: Review requests for signatures against policy requirements and assist in reviewing and drafting non-complex negotiated legal agreements on Fastly forms following playbook guidance
