About the Role
As Content Design Lead, you’ll lead the evolution of content design as a strategic product capability, shaping clear, trusted and scalable experiences that help users make better decisions with confidence.
You’ll set direction for help documentation and in-product guidance, terminology, taxonomy and interaction patterns, ensuring they work together across human-facing, AI-powered and agentic experiences. You’ll connect content practice to product strategy, business goals and measurable outcomes.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll lead Content Design from early problem definition through delivery, establishing the information architecture and content systems needed for intelligent, scalable product experiences.
Lead content strategy and design across complex digital products, moving between strategic direction and hands-on delivery.
Architect information structures, taxonomies, metadata models and structured-content approaches that support discoverability, reuse and consistent experiences across products, headless CMS platforms and digital adoption tools.
