Your Mission:
You’ll join the Client Management team as an Account Lead for the Mid-Market segment, with a clear focus on winning new clients and accelerating sustainable revenue growth.
You’ll identify and develop high-potential prospects, build a strong and well-qualified pipeline, and lead opportunities through the full business development cycle. Working across ClearBank, you’ll bring together the right expertise to understand prospective clients’ needs, shape compelling solutions and convert opportunities into successful new relationships.
This includes
- Developing and executing a focused business development plan for the Mid-Market segment, aligned with agreed commercial priorities and target client profiles.
- Identifying and targeting prospective clients through structured market mapping, research, referrals, networking, industry events and proactive outreach.
- Building and maintaining a healthy, well-qualified pipeline of new business opportunities, with clear next steps, accurate forecasting and disciplined…
