Advertised pay
- 179 of the 220 adverts state an annual salary. Taking the middle of each advertised range, the median is £36,094; half fall between £29,500 and £53,747.
- 12 state an hourly rate (median £14.05).
- 29 give no usable pay figure (for example "Negotiable" or "Competitive").
- Pay is as written in the advert. We haven't checked it against any visa salary rule, and an advertised salary says nothing about whether a role can be sponsored.
Data notes
- Left out because the location is unclear or in another region: 3 multi-region, 1 town/postcode conflict adverts.
How to read this
- Wales here means adverts with a postcode in Wales (looked up with postcodes.io), or that name a town in Wales (such as Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Wrexham, Bangor, St Asaph, Bodelwyddan, Rhyl, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Caernarfon, Holyhead, Llangefni, Mold, Flint, Deeside, Connah's Quay, Bridgend, Port Talbot, Neath), or that say "Wales". For registered organisations, it means a town or county in Wales as written on the register.
- Adverts that list sites in more than one region, and adverts whose town and postcode point to different regions, are left out of the regional count.
- Pay figures: annual salaries where the advertised figure is under £10,000 are left out of the median and range (they are usually monthly, part-time or mistyped amounts). Hourly rates are shown separately.
- Listings change daily, and some roles in this snapshot may have closed.
- We match employers by company name and leave out ads we identify as posted by recruitment agencies. A match can still be wrong.
