How SponsorHire checks listings

1. Each working day we download the latest register CSV from gov.uk.
2. We normalise employer names (case, punctuation, suffixes like Ltd/PLC) and link brand names to legal names, using current and previous names from Companies House Basic Company Data.
3. We collect live job ads from employers' public job boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable) and other public feeds.
4. Each job shows: on the register (date), and separately whether the advert itself mentions sponsorship.

Being on the register is not a promise that a role is sponsored. Ask the employer directly.
