The role
We are looking for our VP of Operations to bring our commercial engine, business systems and customer insights under one roof. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead a unified operations organisation of around 20 people across Revenue Operations (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Partner Operations), Business Applications and enterprise systems, and Customer Insights — with three leaders reporting to you.
This is a builder's mandate. As Bynder drives durable growth, margin expansion and a company-wide AI transformation, you will create the operating rigour, single source of truth and scalable go-to-market execution the business needs — and build a strong leadership bench beneath you.
