HOW YOU'LL MAKE IMPACT
You’ll lead a global, multi-year transformation of Airwallex’s financial crime compliance framework across operating model, processes, systems, testing, and controls.
You’ll build and drive the roadmap, sequencing priorities, dependencies, and risks across complex global workstreams, while using AI, automation, and data tools to improve program tracking, reporting, and delivery.
Working closely with FCC and cross-functional leaders, you’ll turn complexity into clear plans, decisions, and action; run disciplined governance across working groups, SteerCos, RAID, and executive updates; and define success measures that evidence progress and support a smooth transition into BAU.
You’ll work from our London office three days a week.
