We're looking for an experienced Principal Process Engineer who enjoys working with others, sharing knowledge, and helping deliver high-quality engineering solutions that make a real impact. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects, mentor and develop junior colleagues, strengthen client relationships, and work alongside a network of talented engineers across the UK and Europe.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Principal Process Engineer, you will:
Support the delivery of process engineering solutions across the full project lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through to detailed design, commissioning, and operation.
Provide technical leadership and guidance within multidisciplinary project teams.
Contribute specialist expertise in areas such as:
Hazard studies
Commissioning and qualification
Optioneering and feasibility studies
Constructability reviews
GMP compliance reviews
Build trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Work closely with colleagues, vendors, and supply chain partners to deliver successful project outcomes.
Carry out site visits and surveys where required.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and engineering documentation.
Coach, mentor, and support junior engineers, helping them develop their technical and professional capabilities.
Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
