The Role
We are looking for an exceptional employment lawyer based in London to join our growing global Legal team. The Legal team is a dynamic external and internal-facing function which supports all aspects of the business across all offices, from Tokyo to San Francisco. As Legal Counsel, Employment & HR, you will work closely with the Legal team in the US, Europe and Asia, as well as with our global HR and Recruiting teams. The core responsibilities of the role are:
Mitigate employment-related risk through consistent and standardized employee contracting, effective employee conversations, and decision-making;
Ensure the rigorous and consistent deployment of AlphaSights’ template employment contracts globally and approve any exceptions to such template contracts;
Update and enhance AlphaSights template employment contracts, handbooks and other related documents as required by law or for business need and create procedures and process efficiencies;
